The getallheaders function will do this if you are running PHP as an Apache module. So, the following bit of code will show you all the request headers:

<?php
$headers
= getallheaders();
foreach (
$headers as $name => $content) {
    echo
"headers[$name] = $content<br>\n";
}
?>
